East & West Villas
Each villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one bathroom, ceiling fans throughout, fully equipped kitchen with cooking gas, pre-paid electrical power, WIFI, complimentary purified drinking water, and maid service as required.
Rates
- $125/night for maximum of 4 guests.
- A $25/night per person charge for absolute maximum of 6 guests per villa
- $800/wk. discounted weekly rental
- $1400 for two week discounted rental.
- Please inquire directly about longer term discounted rental rates.
Children under 12 are no charge.
High Season Rates
The weeks of Christmas/ New Years, Semana Santa ( Easter Week), Utila Carnival ( last week of July), and Sun Jam ( first week of August) are subject to a 30% increase in rates.

- All rates include applicable municipal and national taxes.
- 50% deposit required to secure all reservations.
- A refundable $200 damage deposit required upon arrival and returned upon departure.
- Guests will be responsible for any electrical power usage above & beyond normal daily use.
- Laundry service is available at extra charge per load.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 90 days from your scheduled arrival.
